  1. Usage: NOTE RM [&<passwd>] [+|-<flags>] [#<ID>] <nick!username@host>
  2.   Deletes any messages sent from your nick and username which matches
  3.   with nick and username@host. Use flags for matching all messages which
  4.   have the specified flags set on or off. See HELP FLAG for more info
  5.   about flag settings, and HELP LS for info about time.
  6.
